First we train you on Insurance so that you understand the world through a financial lens. By obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license, we can share commissions on the insurance bundles you refer.

After you are licensed in Insurance, you decide that if you could open any business, that a barbershop would be your ideal situation. We help make this dream a reality.

The first thing we do is provide all services to set up your business for success. You focus on your craft. Then once you have formally launched, XJD Financial will serve as your official business partner with 10% ownership.

We can facilitate everything from point-of-sale hardware/software to ongoing bookkeeping, and you can earn a commission on every one of these services that you sell via referral.
